Enablers India

Train The Trainer

Functional Competency is at the core of an organization. Years of experience is accumulated by the Functional specialists of the organization. This expertise is also unique. In most of the cases, this is the most important competitive strength that the organization possesses. As the new employees join the organization, it is imperative that the rich accumulated knowledge of the organization should be passed on to the new members in the most effective manner.

Most of the Functional managers when they act as faculty use only PowerPoint presentation. The method is of limited effectiveness. They are not able to make their sessions learner-centred; it remains presentation-centred. The problem stems from absence of proper training skills.

Enablers India offers a unique “Train The Trainer” programme to meet this critical need of the organizations. Faculty of Enablers have conducted such programmes successfully for several leading organizations.
